Therapists

 

Pathway, Inc. is a Residential Treatment Center designed to provide care to children age 10-18 with emotional, psychological, and behavioral management problems. Pathway offers individual, group, and family therapy. In addition, substance abuse treatment is offered and based on the 12 week 12 step program.

 

Therapists are responsible for conducting individual, group and family therapy. Candidates need to have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field. License and experience preferred.

 

Group Leaders

 

The Group Leader position is a 12 hour shift position. Group Leaders are responsible for providing safe and effective direct care services in accordance with individual treatment plans and in conjunction with the structure of the treatment program to which they are assigned. Position requires a High School Diploma.

 

Nurses

 

Nursing positions at Pathway require an LPN or RN degree. Nurses are responsible for the distribution of medication as well as planning for the overall healthcare of the residents. Various shifts are available.

 

Administrative

 

In addition, we also hire a variety of professional administrators who work in various departments and have various roles and responsibilities.
